Your data is not our product.
LUIQ uses the information you choose to provide to deliver career preparation features. We do not sell personal information or create a searchable applicant marketplace for employers.
Information you may provide
Depending on how you use LUIQ, this may include:
- Account information, such as your name and email address.
- Resumes, professional-profile details, career history, skills, and contact information.
- Job descriptions, job-posting links, opportunity decisions, notes, and feedback.
- Generated or edited resumes, cover letters, strategies, and application preferences.
- Support communications and information needed to diagnose a reported issue.
How we use information
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the features you request.
- Analyze opportunities and prepare application materials.
- Authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent misuse, and maintain service reliability.
- Respond to support requests and communicate important service information.
- Understand product performance using aggregated or de-identified information where appropriate.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not allow employers to browse your private workspace through LUIQ.
- We do not submit job applications without your action.
- We do not intentionally add blank or invented contact details to your documents.
AI-assisted features
Some features use third-party artificial-intelligence services to analyze content or generate drafts. Information needed to perform the requested feature may be processed by those service providers under contractual and technical safeguards. You should avoid providing information that is not necessary for career preparation.
Service providers and legal disclosures
We may use service providers to host, secure, operate, support, and improve LUIQ. They may process information only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect LUIQ. Retention periods may vary by information type and will continue to be refined during beta.
Your choices
You may update application and profile details, choose which optional contact fields appear, and request help with account or data questions. To request access, correction, or deletion support, contact privacy@luiq.ai.
Children's privacy
LUIQ is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as LUIQ evolves or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with an updated date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
