We built the guide we wished we had.
Hundreds of applications. Rewritten resumes. Repeated forms. Little feedback and no clear way to know which opportunities deserved the effort.
Why we created LUIQ
LUIQ grew from real job-search frustration. We wanted a private place where an applicant could understand an opportunity, compare it with their experience, prepare stronger materials, and still remain the final decision-maker.
LUIQ is not designed to replace your judgment or fabricate a version of you that cannot be defended. It is designed to help you recognize your strongest evidence, communicate it clearly, and spend more time preparing for the opportunities that matter.
What we believe
Applicants deserve clarity
A recommendation should include evidence, context, and potential gaps—not just a score.
AI should stay accountable
You should be able to see what changed, edit the result, and decide what leaves your workspace.
Privacy should be expected
Your private career information should not become a product sold to employers or advertisers.
Preparation should be accessible
The core applicant experience remains free during beta because job searching is demanding enough.
